2); Standard spacing: 6mm, 6.35mm(4:1) & 8.47mm (3:1), the wire
diameter can be customized according to customer requirements.
3); There are two incision methods: flat cutting and bevel cutting.
The bevel cutting is fast for binding, but you need to bend it
inside to ensure safety. The flat cutting will be slightly slower
when binding, and it can be cut and bent after binding.
4); PET material reaches food grade, the color is brighter and more
transparent than PVC, it is a non-degradable material, it has a
faint aroma when burning, but its softness is not as good as PVC.
5);Any color is available, OEM color is accepted.
How to choose the correct size plastic spiral coil for your book?
1). 5:1 pitch; A4 size is 58 or 59 loops; 2). 4:1 pitch; A4 size is
48 or 49 loops;
3). 3:1 pitch; A4 size is 35 or 38 loops; 4). 2:1 pitch; 21 or 23
loops in A4 size;
